When you choose one of these products, you are choosing to support familiar clean energy technologies such as wind and small low-impact hydroelectric power.
Both companies have a 100% and a 50% option, allowing you to choose a clean energy offering in an amount that represents either all or half your usage each month. Businesses in certain rate classes may also be able to choose 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% options; contact the clean energy suppliers for more details.

Community Energy 100% and 50%
Our product consist of 33% NewWind Energy(R) from Northeast regional sources, 33% wind from national sources and 34% Small Hydro Electric product from New England sources. We're even working to bring a new wind farm to New England soon!
NewWind Energy(R) and Small Hydro Electric can be applied to all or half of your monthly electricity usage, and costs an additional 0.65 cents per kilowatt-hour for the 50% of usage option, and 1.3 cents per kilowatt-hour for the 100% of usage option. |
